Precision Metal Stamping from Concept to Production
K&S provides turnkey precision metal stamping services, managing every phase from initial design for manufacturability through full-scale production. With integrated engineering, in-house die development, and advanced press capacity, we deliver high-performance stamped components with speed, control, and consistency.
Capabilities

Built to Adapt
Complete Stamping Process Management
K&S manages the entire stamping lifecycle — including part DFM (Design for Manufacturing), die simulation, tool design and build, die tryout, PPAP, and first production run. This vertically integrated approach ensures alignment between engineering intent and manufacturing execution.
By controlling each stage of development internally, we reduce risk, accelerate launch timelines, and maintain tighter quality control throughout production.
High-Capacity Stamping with Engineering Control
Operating within our 145,000 square-foot manufacturing facility, K&S offers stamping capacity up to 800 tons. This capability allows us to support both medium- and heavy-gauge steel applications across a wide range of industries.
Our stamping expertise includes progressive die, deep draw, transfer die, and part-in/part-out operations. These capabilities enable us to produce complex geometries, structural components, and high-strength parts with dimensional accuracy and repeatable consistency.
Die simulation and predictive modeling are used early in the development process to evaluate material flow, identify potential forming risks, and validate tool performance prior to production. This reduces costly trial-and-error adjustments and supports smoother program launches.
In addition to forming operations, we offer value-added capabilities such as in-die tapping, inserting, and sensing. By incorporating these secondary processes directly into the die, we improve throughput, reduce handling, and increase overall production efficiency.
From small to large components and across a broad range of material thicknesses, K&S delivers stamping solutions designed for performance, durability, and cost control.
