From simple tools to complex 3D dies.
Tool & Die Built for Performance and Longevity
K&S’s heritage in tool and die manufacturing is foundational to our ability to deliver speed, precision, and long-term reliability. From small, simple tooling to large, complex 3D dies, we design and manufacture stamping tools engineered to meet OEM production demands.
Capabilities

Built to Adapt
Complete Die Program Management
K&S routinely manages large die programs with full in-house design, build, and tryout capabilities. Our vertically integrated model allows us to control timing, validate performance, and ensure tooling aligns with production requirements before launch.
From early simulation through PPAP approval, we deliver dies engineered for durability, repeatability, and lifecycle performance.
Large-Scale Capability. Detailed Precision.
K&S designs and builds a wide range of dies including transfer line, progressive, deep draw, blank, pierce, and cam dies. Our engineering team utilizes advanced design platforms and die simulation tools to evaluate material flow, forming stresses, and tooling performance before construction begins.
With extensive experience across a broad range of material types, we develop tooling solutions that support structural strength, dimensional accuracy, and long-term repeatability. In-die sensing technology further enhances process control by monitoring critical conditions during production.
Our facility is equipped to accommodate dies of all sizes. Large bed machining capabilities and 40-ton lifting capacity allow us to manage complex and heavy tooling programs safely and efficiently. Complete in-house tryout operations ensure tools are validated prior to customer approval and production release.
